The Segway is the easiest and fun way to know the most emblematic places of this wonderful park in Madrid

From Segwayfun we encourage you to make this special 2 hour visit through the Parque del Retiro.
Stroll through historic sites such as the Parterre, next to the unknown Pond of the Bells, visit the Forest of Remembrance and continue to the Garden of Madrileño to end in the space known as The Garden of the French and visit the fantastic Noria that supplied the park in times past . Also during this walk we will see the Rosaleda, the Crystal Palace and we will accede to the surroundings of the Palace of Velazquez, work of neo-historicist style that was seat of the exhibition of Mining in 1883.

On the other side of the carriage ride, you will find the wonderful gardens of Herrero Palacios, with the remains of what was called the House of Fieras of Madrid. In this corner of the Park we find the romantic corners of the “Caprichos de Fernando VII”, the Casita del Contrabandista or the Casita del Pescador are ideal places to sit under the shade and read or snack some snack. This monument, the largest in Madrid, crowns the Grande del Retiro Pond where we will happily rest and watch the sunset from one of the boats to end our day of stroll in the interior of this impressive park.
